With over twenty years of experience, Jeana works with individuals and business owners throughout the State of Arizona and also assists individuals and businesses outside of Arizona if the matter involves Arizona real estate or transactions that arise within the state.

Business Law:
In the area of business law, Jeana routinely counsels and assists new and established small business clients with the structuring, startup, maintenance and growth of their business ventures. Jeana also assists clients with business partnerships and partnership changes, and business succession planning.  Jeana focuses her counsel toward educating and guiding her clients with an eye toward protecting their assets and limiting personal liability, as well as protecting their privacy with respect to business holdings when desired. 

Estate Planning:
Jeana also works with individuals and married couples to prepare simple estate plans, offering personalized, cost-effective estate plan packages individually tailored to each client's needs and goals.

Real Estate Law:
Jeana's real estate work is currently limited to consultation and preparation of real estate-related documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, leases and deeds for both commercial and residential properties. Jeana also offers telephone consultations for matters related to loan default and foreclosure with respect to Arizona real estate.
